Join us for a three-month transformative journey, combining Nutrition and Yoga, specifically designed to empower women through menopause and beyond. Together, we’ll explore practical tools, insightful education, and nurturing practices to cultivate balance and help you thrive during this pivotal stage of life.
We will gather for three inspiring 2-hour workshops on Monday 28th April, Monday 19th May and Monday 23rd June, 9:30 to 11:30am at Twyford Village Hall.
Investment: £150, which includes all sessions, refreshments, and access to yoga videos.
